Our story begins in Greece, where our father owned a small family restaurant. He cooked with ingredients straight from our own fields, fresh vegetables, herbs, and olives that brought every dish to life. For us, food was always more than something on the table; it was a way of sharing love, tradition, and a piece of home.

Three years ago, our family made Kidron, Ohio, our new home. Though we’re far from Greece, the traditions we grew up with, fresh food, generosity, and gathering around the table are still at the heart of who we are.

Through our cooking, we hope to share a part of our home and heritage with this community. Every dish is made with care, using flavors and recipes that have been part of our family for generations.
